Extreme Weather

Filter Replacements
CondoCare will create a schedule based on your appliances and replace the associated filters while you are away. This includes water filters, AC filters, and air purifier filters.

As a CondoCare customer you will have direct access to our team any time of day or night. We will make you our priority should you have questions or special requests.
Maintenance Liaison
Our company acts as a liaison between owners and Association Managers, facilitating prompt resolution of common area issues that may impact your individual condo unit. In the event of incidents like a ruptured common water pipe causing damage to your unit, owners enrolled in CondoCare benefit from having us manage communications with association management and other parties involved. We ensure swift notification, initiate cleanup and repair for non-common elements, and maintain ongoing contact until the issues are resolved, providing peace of mind for owners.
